The goal of the Client Assurance Specialist is to advocate on behalf of our clients in order to maintain and retain client relationships. In this roal, you will be an asset in responding to all client concerns from review sites, BBB, phone calls, etc. You will address all reviews in a timely manner. You will be expected to have excellent customer service abilities, telephone etiquette, problem-solving, follow up, and effective communication.
